This Award will be distributed to two indigenous students attending a post-secondary institution with demonstrated financial need for contribution to education costs with a preference to students from a Northern reserve or a graduate of Dennis Franklin Cromarty School (DFC) in Thunder Bay.

The Audrey S. Hellyer Charitable Foundation was founded on December 31, 1958 and since inception have sought to improve the lives of Canadians through support of a number of charitable initiatives.
