This Award

Bill and Penny Eakin Indigenous Education Award

This Award will be distributed annually to female First Nation and Métis students from Ontario and female Inuit students from across Canada. Students must be enrolled at post-secondary institutions with demonstrated financial need for contribution to education costs. Preference will be given to full or part-time students studying in the following programs: Health and Health related programs, Dentistry, Education, Law, Law Enforcement or Social Work.

Applicant must identify as Female. Preference will be given to female Inuit students

The Bill and Penny Eakin Indigenous Education Award was established in December 2015 through the generosity of Bill and Penny Eakin of Montréal, Québec.
