About Cassels

Cassels is a leading Canadian law firm focused on serving the advisory, transaction and advocacy needs of the country’s most dynamic business sectors. We believe that a diverse environment is a rich environment, and an open, inclusive atmosphere benefits everyone who works within it. Fostering such an environment enables us to respond with a greater agility to the challenges faced by our clients in a diverse, multicultural world. One of the best ways to ensure that the entire legal industry subscribes to this same philosophy regarding inclusiveness and equality is to fill the professional pipeline with engaged, interested young people of every background. Through education we can help ensure young people, particularly Indigenous youth, never develop a false belief that they don’t belong. That is why Cassels is proud to support this bursary program, Building Brighter Futures.
