COPPUL Scholarship for indigenous Students
The Council of Prairie and Pacific University Libraries (COPPUL) award offers financial support to Indigenous students from Western Canada entering their first or second year of an ALA-accredited master’s program or equivalent in Library and Information or Archival Studies at a post-secondary institution in Canada or abroad via an online program. The intention of this award is to support Indigenous students interested in pursuing a career in libraries or archives within Western Canada’s library community.
Program of Study: Master of Library and Information Studies (MUS), Masters in Library Science Online Programs (MLS), Master of Information Studies (MIST), Master of Archival Studies (MAS), Dual Master of Archival Studies and Library and Information Studies (MASLIS), Master of Arts, Archival Studies (MA), or Master of Information (Ml), Archives & Records Management (ARM) Concentration
Students from or residing in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, but studying anywhere in Canada, or abroad via online programs
Any year of study with preference given to a year 1 student
