Dow Canada ULC awards

These awards will be given annually to Indigenous students from across Canada who are attending post-secondary institutions in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Approximately half of the awards will go to students attending Tech or Trade school such as power engineering, instrumentation, electrical and safety (note that these are just examples and many programs will apply). The other half will go to students attending university or equivalent programs, such as engineering, chemistry, physics, finance, or economics. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate how this scholarship will benefit them and who can demonstrate how the give back to their community via volunteering.

Applicants will be required to submit proof of acceptance into a post-secondary program and to submit a maximum 500 word letter on their background including volunteer experience, current tie in to the Indigenous community, career aspirations, and to demonstrate how they will benefit from this scholarship.
