This Award

Côté Gold Métis Education Bursary

In support of the partnership between our Côté Gold Project and the Métis Nation of Ontario, this award will be distributed annually to two eligible students who identify as Métis Nation of Ontario Citizens from Region 3 whose studies are related to mining. Region 3 includes the following local Métis communities: Timmins Community Council, Northern Lights Community Council, Temiskaming Community Council and Chapleau Community Council.

1st preference – MNO Citizens of Region 3 studying in a field related to mining including support functions; 2nd preference – MNO Citizens of Regions 3 in any field of study.

Côté Gold First Nation Education Bursary

In support of the partnership between our Côté Gold Project and our First Nation Partners, Mattagami First Nation and Flying Post First Nation, this award will be distributed to members of these communities and whose studies are related to mining.

1st preference – members of Mattagami First Nation or Flying Post First Nation enrolled in studies related to careers in mining including support functions; 2nd preference – to members of Mattagami First Nation or Flying Post First Nation in any field of study.
