About Impact215 Consortium

In January 2023, The Roundtable, the Indigenous Training Corporation Inc, 3Coze and Parachute Executive Coaching combined efforts and set an ambitious goal to support 215 students by launching the #Impact215 campaign in honour of the 215 children found in unmarked graves at the site of the Kamloops Indian Residential School.

As a group, we are committed to building stronger leaders who positively impact their teams, organizations and communities. We believe great leadership makes the difference and are proud to support future leaders who are driven to make a bigger impact through the Indspire Bursary program.

We invite other leadership coaching and training organizations to join our efforts and increase our collective impact. Please reach out and learn how you can get involved.
