The donor established this bursary in honour of Indigenous students who attended Rossburn Elementary school in the 1960’s. From those who had little chance of getting an education to today's young people whose educational aspirations may now be realized. Students must be from Waywayseecappo First Nations, Manitoba Waywayseecappo Bursary for Indigenous Students
