New Gold Indigenous Students Awards

New Gold is committed to establishing relationships based on mutual benefit and active participation with its host communities to contribute to healthy and sustainable communities. The New Gold Indigenous Students Awards distributes awards to Indigenous student(s) who are attending post-secondary institutions.

Preference will be given to students: 1) from communities local to New Gold operations and projects; 2) pursuing studies in first preference – science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) program, second preference – education, health and social work; 3) female studentsIf there are not eligible recipients in a given year, awards may be given to other students in consultation with New Gold.
