Rio Tinto Award for Indigenous Students

The Rio Tinto Award for Indigenous Students provides exciting opportunities designed to support Indigenous students in Canada who are enrolled, or who would like to enrol in post-secondary studies or post-secondary training and development programs.

These include: diplomas applied diplomas degree programs academic upgrading or preparation pre-trades and pre-employment training apprenticeship education programs

These awards will be distributed to students studying in fields relatiang to or leading to careers in mining and metals or metallurgy and Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) related studies that are from the regions/communities in which Rio Tinto businesses conduct operations.
