This Award

Shehtah Nabors Limited Partnership Scholarship (SNLP)

This award will be distributed annually to descendants of the Dene from Denendeh who are attending post-secondary institutions (i.e. college, university, technical college, or apprenticeship program) with demonstrated financial need for contribution to education costs. If there are no eligible recipients in a given year, funds may be held for a subsequent year and given out to additional students in consultation with SNLP.

SNLP is a strategic partnership between Shehtah Drilling Limited Partnership and Nabors Canada. SNLP is a majority Indigenous owned drilling company operating in the Northwest Territories, Northern Alberta and Northern British Columbia. The partnership owns and operates 3 drilling rigs.
