STRAIT Indigenous Trades Scholarship

This scholarship will be distributed annually to Indigenous students from communities where STRAIT conducts business and who are attending post-secondary institutions in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year with demonstrated academic performance and financial need and with a preference to students studying in the following trade programs:

Welder Steamfitter/Pipefitter Construction Craft Labourer/Worker Crane and Hoisting Equipment Operator Gasfitter - Class A and B Heavy Equipment Technician Industrial Construction Crew Supervisor Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)Insulator Carpenter Ironworker Metal Fabricator Painter and Decorator Heavy Equipment Operator
