This bursary was established to assist students residing in Rankin Inlet who wish to pursue post-secondary education in a medical field. Two doctors from Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto who travel to Rankin Inlet to provide medical services, recognized the need to assist youth in achieving their educational goals. The bursary was made possible with the financial assistance of the Fuller Family Foundation.
