Perth and District Community Foundation Indigenous Youth Award

This award is to be distributed to Indigenous students who are attending post­secondary institutions across Canada [i.e. College, University, technical college or apprenticeship program] with first preference given to students from Lanark County, with demonstrated financial need for contribution to education costs.

Although demonstrated financial need will be the primary consideration, other factors may also be considered such as involvement in and contribution to the community as a whole; and demonstrated academic merit and performance. First preference will be given to students from Lanark County, second preference will be given to students from Ontario and third preference will be given to students from anywhere in Canada.
